This classic stack design pair of earrings is a colourful mix of deep pink Ruby and deep pink and green Ruby Zoisite with some black inclusions. Zoisite is a host stone for Ruby, hence the name Ruby Zoisite. The colour mixes in the Ruby Zoisite will vary from stone to stone, as is to be expected with natural gemstones. The black inclusions add to the character of each stone rather than detracting from their beauty.

The stack comprises, starting at the bottom, three large Ruby Zoisite 8mm x 5mm faceted rondelles, a Ruby faceted rondelle 4.5mm, a smooth round Gold Filled 3mm bead, a Ruby faceted round 2.25mm and finishing at the top with a 2mm smooth round Gold Filled bead. The stack is suspended from Gold Filled ear hooks with a ball end.

Included with your purchase is a small cleaning cloth which you can use from time to time to give your jewellery a gentle clean and polish. Take extra care with plated metals as cleaning too vigorously may cause the plated surface to become damaged. Gemstone jewellery should not be immersed in water for cleaning as this can damage the surface of the stones. If it needs a deeper clean, I would recommend taking your jewellery instead to a local jeweller that provides such services.
It’s best to store your jewellery in a dark, dry place, like a jewellery box or similar, to reduce the risk of tarnish to the metal elements. However, if tarnish does occur, this can easily be removed using an anti-tarnish cloth.
