Refunds & Returns

I want you to be 100% happy with any jewellery you purchase from me. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, or simply just changed your mind, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the item(s) and return it within a further 14 days (28 days in total) 

Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received, along with the gift box or organza bag in which they arrived

Items that have been personalised can only be returned if the item is faulty or damaged

I cannot accept returns for earrings for health and hygiene reasons unless they are are faulty or damaged

The cost of returning your unwanted item to me is your responsibility and any initial delivery charges will only be refunded if your item is faulty or damaged

Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery when returning items, as this is the only service that insures jewellery in the post in case of loss. Also, please notify me when you have sent the item back.

I will email you to notify you when I have received your returned item and any refunds will be issued once your return is inspected

If your refund is approved, then this will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days

A refund or possible repair is available for any items that are faulty or damaged within 6 months of purchase. Please let me know how you wish to proceed – repair or refund. After I have received and checked the item, I will contact you regarding either a repair or refund, whichever you have chosen. If your item cannot be repaired, I will let you know whether I can make a replacement for you, or whether a refund is the only option. This will very much be dependent on what materials I have in stock
