Emeralds in a form you may be less familiar with, opaque round polished beads with a mix of greens and dark inclusions, are the main focal point of this pair of earrings. I’ve used two different sizes, 6mm and 8mm, both smooth round polished beads. The larger bead is suspended inside a round frame and the smaller bead sits above, accompanied by a Moss Quartz faceted rondelle. Moss Quartz is crystal quartz with moss-like inclusions, hence the name. It’s a very attractive stone and the faceted cut adds some subtle sparkle.
The dangle section is attached to ear posts with a round 3mm ball at the end.
